DropWarden is a competitor stock intelligence platform for Shopify stores.
By accessing or using the DropWarden platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
DropWarden provides automated stock monitoring and analytics for publicly accessible Shopify stores. The Service collects publicly available product data (prices, stock availability, product listings) from Shopify storefronts and presents it as actionable intelligence to subscribers.
To use the Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and plan details are displayed on the DropWarden website. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Service collects only publicly available data from Shopify storefronts. We do not access private store data, customer information, or any data behind authentication.
The Service, including its design, code, analytics algorithms, and branding, is the intellectual property of DropWarden. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your subscription period.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. DropWarden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data collected from third-party stores.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
